pH and Juicing
There are a lots of thing that contribute to you having good health. Many of them are obvious. Things like getting regular exercise, eating a healthy balanced diet, getting enough sleep and drinking plenty of water are all things that most of us are aware of. But there is something else that is critically important to good health, that most people are completely unaware of. Your bodies pH level. Your body requires a pH level of between 7.35 and 7.45. The foods we eat have a dramatic impact on your pH. Processed foods, foods high in sugar, alcohol and meats all lower your bodies pH causing your system to become more acidic. Fresh vegetables and salad have a powerful alkalizing effect on your system. The challenge for many of us is that we eat way to many of the acid producing foods and not enough of the alkalizing ones. And our bodies are paying the price antacids are the second best selling type of drug in the world. Fortunately there’s an easy solution, eat more greens! A great way to easily get more veggies in your diet is to own a vegetable juicer and get in the habit of juicing.
